Woche 10.19 | Week 10.19

Diese Woche war Karneval, was bedeutet, dass wir zwei Tage frei bekommen. Das war ganz schön, denn ich habe einfach mal nicht gearbeitet. Ich habe die zweite Hälfte des Flurs renoviert - leider müssen wir noch zwei Dinge anbringen, aber passte irgendwie nicht in die Woche. Am Mittwoch haben wir unseren Lehrerausflug nach Frankfurt am Main gemacht, wo wir das Jüdische Museum und die EZB besichtigt haben. Am Donnerstag hatte ich 4 Stunden Unterricht, 1 Pausenaufsicht, 2 Telefonate und 3 Besprechungen - von wegen Lehrer haben immer frei ;-) Am Ende der Woche war ich einfach müde und habe am Wochenende nicht wirklich viel gemacht. Ich finde die Frau zeigt das mit ihrem Gähnen ganz gut.

This week carnival was celebrated on some German streets which meant that we had two days off. I enjoyed this very much and decided not to work at all. Instead I renovated the second half of the hallway - unfortunately we still have hang up two things up on the wall, but somehow we did not manage this week. On Wednesday we went on a staff outing to Frankfurt to visit the Jewish Museum and the European Central Bank. On Thursday I had 4 lessons, 1 break supervision, 2 phone calls and 3 meetings - do not say teachers have too much free time ;-) At the end of the week I was so tired and did not do a lot over the weekend. I think the woman jawning shows my state pretty well.
