Ich gebe zu, dass ich Fußball eher höre als sehe. Das liegt daran, dass ich so gerne stricke. Diesmal will ich beides mit einem Wettbewerb verbinden. In der "Tausendschön Knitters"-Gruppe auf Ravelry gibt es diese drei Events zwischen dem Anpfiff des ersten Spiels und dem Abpfiff des Finales: 1. ein Tippspiel, 2. ein Wettbewerb um die meisten Strickkilometer und 3. einen Wettbewerb um die tausenschöne Weltmeisterin. Glücklicherweise haben sich schon einige nette Strickerinnen gefunden, die mitmachen. Jetzt, da der Bundestrainer seine Mannschaft zusammen hat, muss ich auch dringend in mich gehen.
I admit that I rather listen to football games than watching them. The reason is that I enjoy knitting so much. This year I want to combine the two with a competition which will take place in the ravelry group "Tausendschön Knitters". These three events will be hosted from the start of the first game till the end of the final: 1. a betting game, 2. a competition for the most kilometers of yarn knit during the tournament and 3. a competition looking for the most beautiful project using Tausendschön yarn. I am lucky to have found quite a few nice knitters to join me. Now that the national coach has nominated his team it's about time I started thinking about mine.
