Bullet Journaling

Im letzten Jahr habe ich begonnen ein Bullet Journal zu führen. Erst hatte ich mir einen Kalender gekauft, der für jeden Tag eine Seite hatte, doch im Laufe der Zeit fand ich das unpraktisch, da ich zur Planung doch eine Wochenübersicht auf einer Seite brauchte. Durch das Bullet Journal-System konnte ich mir meine eigenen Übersicht basteln, die komplett meinen Bedürfnissen entspricht. Außerdem habe ich festgestellt, dass mir das Gestalten der Seiten nicht nur viel Spaß macht, sondern auch sehr entspannend ist. Zudem ist das Bullet Journal flexibel auch als Tagebuch oder Art Journal einsetzbar. Damit habe ich zu meinem Kalender eine ziemlich emotionale Beziehung aufgebaut - das Durchblättern nimmt mich nochmal richtig in die Situation mit und macht mich so wirklich glücklich. Last year I started keeping a bullet journal. I had bought an ordinary a-day-a-page diary to keep myself organised but after some time I found this less practical as I could not plan on a weekly basis. Using the bullet journal system I developed my own layout that is perfect for my needs. Moreover I realised that creating and decorating these pages not only is a lot of fun but also very relaxing. Furthermore you can also use the bullet journal as a diary or art journal. Thus I developed quite an emotional relationship with my bullet journal - looking back at it takes me back into the situation and makes me really happy.
