Socken auf den Nadeln / On my needles: socks

Eigentlich habe ich ja immer Socken auf den Nadeln. Da ich das Unikat-Abo von Tausendschön habe, ist immer Sockenwolle im Haus (und dieses Jahr möchte ich alle Unikate möglichst im Monat der Lieferung verstricken). Außerdem empfinde ich das Stricken mit dem Nadelspiel in Runden als besonders schön und schnell. Deshalb stricke ich auch ziemlich gerne Ärmel. Heute ist nun endlich der erste Socken für April fertig geworden. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich den zweiten auch noch schaffe, denn der April ist eigentlich gleich um.

In my knitting life I always have a pair of socks on my needles. As I am a subscriber of the Tausendschön monthly special dyes there is enough sockyarn in my house (this year I am trying to knit all specials in the month they were delivered). Apart from that I find knitting with double pointed needles in rounds really beautiful and speedy. This is why I enjoy knitting sleeves. Today I managed to finish the first sock for April. I am curious whether I will make the second as well as April is nearly over.
