Sonntagfreude / Sunday happiness

Pünktlich zum Schulstart gab es eine Hitzewelle - das hatte ich öfter mal gesagt und nun kam es auch so ;-) Meine Tochter und ich hatten heute eine kleine Freude daran, ihre neue Wintermütze zu fotografieren. Dazu habe ich ihr vorsichtshalber einen kühlen Drink gemacht. Am Nachmittag ging es noch in Freibad und gleich möchte ich noch etwas stricken und lesen.

The heat wave was on time to hit the beginning of school in Northrhine-Westphalia - I had said so often during the holidays and now it has become true ;-) My daughter and I had some fun taking photos of her new beanie for winter today. I made a cold drink to be on the safe side. In afternoon we went to the outdoor swimming pool and I would like to do some knitting and reading later on.
