Sonntag / Sunday

Den heutigen Sonntag mochte ich, auch weil ihm kein gewöhnlicher Montag folgt, sondern noch eine weitere komplette Ferienwoche. Die kann ich bestimmt noch gebrauchen, weil ich noch nicht alles erledigt habe, doch das ignoriere ich mal eben.

Ich startete in den Tag mit einer richtig großen Walkingrunde durch den Wald. Danach ging es auf einen Sonntagsausflug - ist ja eigentlich total spießig, aber auch sooo schön. Erstmal waren wir Mittag essen in Dortmund (dieser sensationelle Flammkuchen war meiner). Weiter ging es dann zum Emscherquellhof nach Holzwickede, um einen Teil der Emscherkunst 2016 zu sehen. Dort war es sehr gemütlich und ruhig, was uns allen gut gefiel. Schade, dass ich kein Strickzeug oder Buch dabei hatte ;-)

Emscherkunst 2016

I loved this Sunday, especially as it isn't followed by a normal Monday but another complete week of holidays. I think I can make good use of the next week as I haven't quite managed to finish everything but I decided to ignore this.

I started the day with a long walking tour through the woods. Then we when on a Sunday excursion which is quite bourgeois but sooo lovely. First we went for a meal in Dortmund (I had this great tarte flambee). Then we went to Emscherquellhof where the river Emscher springs up. There we looked at a part of the Emscher Art 2016. It was very quiet and cozy there which we all loved. It's a pity I didn't have my knitting or a book with me ;-)
