If you're social media you can see what's hip at the moment. I know that a lot of things are just not my cup of tea and I won't need it (e.g. polished finger nails with pretty patterns on them). Other things suit me and I assume that those will stay with me for some time and might actually change me. Mindfulness and planning are cases in point. So I started to look into the different methods of planning. My goal is to get all my tasks done without being too stressed. At the moment I am using three planners - one for work, a private diary and an art journal. The latter is not really used for planning but is used for reflecting and that's why I added it here. Apart from that it's the ideal place to follow my new "hobby" - handlettering and sketchnoting. I also aim at improving my whiteboard skills. All tasks which are left from the green Planner are added to the list (s. on top of it) which lies open on my desk. I also show you some pages from my art journal in which I keep my feelings/thoughts. Moreover I have a habit tracker of things I did every day. This helps me to be on top of things and it doesn't take a lot of time.
