Urlaubsfreuden / The joys of a holiday

Hier war es sehr ruhig, denn wir haben es doch noch geschafft in den Urlaub zu fahren. Doch nachdem alle Dinge erledigt waren, haben wir am Dienstag eine Unterkunft gebucht und sind am Mittwoch Abend losgefahren. 10 Tage waren wir in Ostfriesland - bei bestem Wetter. Also pendelten wir zwischen Strand und Ferienhaus und Kinderspielhaus. Es war sehr entspannt und für mich fühlte es sich doch länger an.

It was quiet here as we finally managed to go on holiday. Having finished our jobs on Tuesday we booked accomodation and went off on Wednesday evening. We spent 10 days in Ostfriesland - on the North Sea Coast - with great weather. So we commuted between the beach and the holiday home and the children's indoor play area. It was really relaxing and felt longer for me.
