#sonntagsglück / sunday happiness

Heute morgen hat mich erstmal glücklich gemacht, dass mein ältester Sohn (11) ganz begeistert war, dass es über Nacht geschneit hat. Ich bin heute das zweite Mal diese Wochen zum Walken draußen gewesen. Das genieße ich mittlerweile sehr und freue mich, dass es in der Familie auch akzeptiert ist. Einen regelmäßigen Sporttermin schaffe ich nicht, aber Walken lässt sich immer ganz gut einplanen und geht überall. Leider hat meine App heute mal wieder einen Aussetzer gehabt, so dass ich nur schätzen kann, dass ich 8 km durch die Winterlandschaft gelaufen bin. Nun kann der Arbeitsnachmittag kommen.

The first thing that made me happy today was that my eldest son (11) war so enthusiastic when he saw that it had snowed during the night. I went walking for the second time this week. I am enjoying this very much and am happy that my family has accepted this. I won't manage a regular sports date but the walking can be easily fit in with the other appointments and tasks. Unfortunately my app has not recorded the complete distance today but I guess that I walked about 8 km through the wintry landscape. Now I am ready to start a busy afternoon working.
